    跑步归来,神清气爽

    这几天天天在电脑前耗着,我都快神经错乱了,想起了运动疗法,嘿嘿,该活动一下我懒得冒烟的运动细胞了。顺便改善一下情绪,免得周围的人跟我一起郁闷,罪过啊。
    考研时,跟我的几个研姐研妹几乎天天晚上跑步,在教室里苦坐了一天,到操场运动运动,放松心情。去年冬天雪特别多而且每次下的都很尽兴,操场也总是被积雪覆盖。那次我跟宿舍老三居然踏着积雪迎着北风跑了10圈,厉害吧!现在都佩服我们当时的蛮劲,呵呵。
    今晚换上了久违的运动服,扎起辫子,顿时感觉人精神了好多。一路小跑到操场,嘿,还真有几个ggjj在活动,有同盟者高兴ing 。前半圈感觉还算轻松,后来就感到越来越吃力,好像我带着两个20斤重的沙袋在跑似的,肺活量也跟不上了,整个人气喘吁吁的巅儿了1圈。等快跑完第二圈时,就跑的愈来愈轻了,以至把第三圈也顺便跑了(原本打算跑两圈的),感觉还可以加两圈,碍于操场本来就人员稀少还有第一次不宜运动量过大的原则,就歇了。啊,伸个懒腰,真是舒服啊,慢慢悠悠飘回宿舍。噻,不是吧!从去到回用了整整20分!真是生命在于运动,我赚了^-^
